The laboratory is responsible for Dacsa Atlantic quality control.
It conducts analyses of humidity, fats, yields and degrees of whiteness, and is also responsible for sampling.
It also acts has a support of the milling and packaging sectors.
For other types of analyses, independent accredited laboratories are used.

- physical and organoleptic characteristics
- pesticide residues,
- mycotoxins,
- heavy metals
- microbiology.
